FAQ

-You must have a valid, government-issued, not expired ID. Pictures are not acceptable. Temporary paper IDs issued by the state are acceptable.

-We offer $5 coat check, cash or card, at all times unless specified (it’s possible for us to not operate coat check June-August).

-We do not offer re-entry at The North Warehouse. We offer a large outdoor area for smoking, eating, resting, etc.

-Official set times will be posted 1-5 days before the event on our Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Event pages.

-We typically open doors at 8 or 9pm, which is also when the first act comes on. Our event headliners usually begin playing around midnight & our shows end around 2am.

-We do not. Ticket sales are online only or, unless the event has sold out in advance, available at the door during a show.

-Our lost and found is located in coat check. Please check there before leaving the show. Otherwise, please send an email to lostandfound@thenorthwarehouse.com

-SeeTickets is the official ticket platform of The North Warehouse. If the ticket is being sold through a different platform (ie StubHub, TicketMaster, etc.) we cannot verify it. If the ticket is through SeeTickets, we can verify the validity of the ticket via the seller’s First/Last name and/or email address used to purchase the ticket. Please send us a DM on Facebook or Instagram if you require help verifying a seller.

-The East Annex is our new, additional venue located directly next door to The North Warehouse & is connected via a portal on the East wall. When we do a two-stage event, The East Annex will host our second stage. The East Annex features a 360 boiler room style stage, balcony, bar, seating, and Funktion One sound. For East Annex only events, you will enter through the door approx 10 yards down the sidewalk from The North Warehouse entrance. We do not offer reentry for East Annex events.

-We have harm reduction volunteers and staff, as well as licensed security, located at all corners/doors within the venue. These individuals work rotating shifts & have access to radios for easy communication with all staff across the venue. Please alert any of these individuals if you or someone you know feels unwell or unsafe and we will get your situation taken care of immediately. Consent violations, racism, sexism, transphobia, etc. are absolutely prohibited and will result in dismissal from the event.

-We do not currently have any entry requirements pertaining to Covid-19

-We strongly encourage our community to continue taking safety precautions, like wearing a mask, and staying home if any sickness or symptoms arise.

-The North Warehouse does not have a parking lot. We are located in an industrial district with limited street parking & car break-ins have been reported. We highly recommend utilizing public transportation (there is a MAX stop just a couple blocks from the warehouse!) and/or ride services.

-We will have a food truck outside at all main-room shows, and food options available at the bar during East Annex shows. We do not allow outside food or drink. Empty water bottles and hydration packs are allowed.

-Yes! While supplies last, foam earplugs will be available at coat check and/or merch booth. However, we highly recommend investing in your own high-fidelity earplugs! Our Funktion One system is no joke, please wear ear protection when standing close to the speakers.

-Every patron must be wearing a top, bottoms, and shoes. These must be worn on your body correctly during the entirety of the event, whether you are inside or outside.

-Acceptable “tops” include: crop tops, bras/bralettes, bikini tops, pasties, mesh/sheer shirts without holes.

-Acceptable “bottoms” include: shorts, bikini bottoms, thongs, jockstraps. Leotards are acceptable.

-We do not allow masks that cover your entire head/face.

-No large backpacks. Small bags will be searched. Hydration packs and empty water bottles to fill at our free water station are allowed and encouraged.

-Both are allowed but are subject to search/inspection. Please smoke & vape outside only, those who smoke indoors will be removed from the venue.

-Flow toys of all kinds are allowed and encouraged! For the crowd’s safety, please bring only flow toys that light up.
